This Is This Year, That Was Last Or Something Like That

After passing a huge spending bill worth $410 ba-ba-ba-billion loaded with billions in pork, President Obama planned to outline his plans for cutting wasteful spending.

Now you may be asking yourself why did he sign the bill with all the waste in it only to come out a day later and say he was going to cut spending??? Well I have an answer for you, "It was last years business". That's correct Rahm Emanual says Obama signed it because it was last years bill so he felt obligated to sign it. The real truth is he signed it to build a little political capital with the senators he will soon be calling on to ruin, I mean help with his medical bill and any other socialist program he decides to cram down our throat.
