Space Shuttle Discovery is scheduled to launch Wednesday evening at 9:20pm. Most of the eastern seaboard will be able to see the launch. The shuttle is to doc with the International Space Station. To reach the ISS, Discovery must be launched when Earth's rotation carries the launch pad into the plane of the station's orbit.
