Obama must have decided to resign or he died because everyday he has been in office the DOW has fallen. I just looked at Fox to see where it ended up at and they say it closed up 32 points. I am in shock and disbelief. All the people that have lost millions since Jan 20th can rest easy tonight, they made back .42 cents.....
