They should do this boy, his family, and the rest of us a huge favor and just kill this woman. She is a scumbag and a child predator. She has been in trouble in the past and she continues to feed on the week. This is just another example of why we should stop trying to rehabilitate these people and give them the electric chair the first time they do it.

A former preschool teacher has been arrested and charged with fourth-degree rape for alleged involvement with a 14-year-old boy.

Jennifer D. Bollinger, 25, of Laurel was arrested by Delaware State Police on Wednesday night. The investigation began seven months ago when the mother of a 14-year-old boy from Bridgeville told police she had discovered information that her son was involved with Bollinger. Troopers were contacted in July 2008 and the investigation began.
